Cut the plug off and wire it to something more durable/permanent and your problems go away. The 3-pin AMP power plugs have been a good choice here, wired into one of the Sloan or Shoup power boxes if the machine doesn’t have a power port already.
Or the T2 kicking out is always the first sign of losing an alternator.
