NW Iowa | I just installed a GS2 Rate Controller on a Demco Pull-Type sprayer with TeeJet 744E controls. It uses a Regulating Valve to achieve pressure by allowing excess flow bypass through this valve back to the tank. With this setup I had to install a Raven Flowmeter BETWEEN the regulating(bypass) valve and the section valves. With the flowmeter I used a Raven adapter cable to tie everything to the GrC( had to re-pin the 3-pin connectors to the Section Valves) but I can achieve the rate I want. The second I hit section control on the sections turn off and fire erratically. Not sure what is going on here but I’m a bit concerned that with this setup section control might not work. Has anyone seen this or know why it is not running the three sections correctly?
