Subject: SATA III on older machine.?

East central Iowa

I have a  Lenovo IdeaCentre K320 (5316)  computer that I'd like to upgrade.  I believe an SSD would make a significant difference in performance and boot.  Right now WD has an SSD on sale (SALE LINK) that is SATA III.  Will that work with this older computer?  Are the cables different?  I haven't kept up on all the changes in BUS and other configurations.
I know I can buy a Crucial SSD that will be guaranteed to work in this computer but WD has always been a great brand and today (May 1) it's cheaper.
