You need to know the dry matter level of both feeds to make the comparison.
Dry gluten is typically 90% DM.
So, I would divide the dry gluten cost by 90% to get the 100% DM cost.
Then I would multiply the 100% DM cost by the 45% DM (55% moisture) of the other feed to get the value at that moisture.

$150 divided by .9 = $166.67/ton of dry matter
$166.37 x .45 = $74.87/ton.

So if you can buy the wet feed for $50 a ton it is a better buy, because it is less than $74.87/ton.
This is also assuming the two feeds are the same protein and energy levels on a dry matter basis.
