That was another question I forgot to ask. What is it worth to sell it to neighboring farmers? Depending on where I'm at I won't have the land for it
Its worth the pumping cost-so you get a big fat zero dollar income there-and hope you don't have to pay some one to take it-the big companys view it as a huge cost if they own the building -thus they do not want the liability
