If I'm moving the integra in and out of combine and tractors then, am I going to lose my yeild and moisture cal settings then?

The calibration settings are not a concern. They are associated with the combine configuration. You could even move the display between two combines and as long as you had an accurate calibration for each. Just choose the proper configuration for the combine it is in. The fine tuning of the calibration would need to be done for each combine and each crop. It would still be there for the next year.

I have moved Ag Leader displays from machine to machine many times through the years. I have moved an Insight between a combine, planter, sprayer for years. I am now doing this with InCommand 1200s.

Since the method of calculating yield has remained the same, I see no reason a PF Advantage would be any more or less accurate than any other of the Ag Leader models.
