I bought 19 really nice black and black baldy heifers that were bred to a bull that is half traditional Angus and half low-line. That means the offspring will be 3/4 traditional and 1/4 lowline. Would you keep the heifers as replacements considering their offspring will be 7/8 lowline? Will the lowline be bred out of them enough by then? Or just sell heifers as feeders?
