Dayton, IA | thanks for the replys - in our shop we used a raised bottom cord truss so it gives a lot of room in the center under the ceiling. I will consider that. Talked to a guy last night who has both kinds and he really likes the hoop, said they used to store round bales in it and now just machinery. I may go look at it just to give it a chance, don't want to rule it out quite yet. I use a grapple now for bales so I should raise it all the way up and measure to see what I may need for height to avoid that hitting the ceiling.
