Our county's hoop shed is wide open after the weekend storm.
A few wood and steel ones are too. But not near as many.
To the original poster, get use of a scraper and use the full loads to pack as you place.
putting up a red steel framed structure with a roof would probably be the best and used to be similar cost to wood pole building, but I would suspect trump's tariff war has the steel pricing moving up in price more than the wood pole cost. Don't cut corners and you can build a really strong pole building. Plenty of bracing, sized for high snow load, good posts. Most the buildings that fall in have rotting posts or were undersized from original design to cut costs or just plain poor workmanship and design. |
