That's definitely stuck on the boot loader screen. Is that a long box or a short box? A short box part number ends in -454, and is about the length of a $100 bill. (If you don't have one of those, a $50 or $20 will work). A long box is about 1 1/2 inches longer than that. They don't fix short boxes anymore, but long boxes are still being repaired. Give Ag Express a call, if nothing else.
