When you are viewing the website page you want to link, place your cursor in the address bar and left click. It should highlight the address. Control/C to copy it.
When you are making your post or reply, I always hit enter once or twice to leave an empty line, then Control/V to paste.
Then I press the space bar once, then Enter a couple times.

Continue on with your post/reply.
If you're using a smart phone, I have no idea.
