Cant help with commercial work charges but but can tell you yard service for our home
on a 1/3 ac lot in a subdivision is $55. They cut 4 neighbors as well. Cash or check when finished.
 
One person on a 48" riding mower and one trimming driveway, sidewalk and flower beds with weed eater. 
Couple times per year they trim hedges and place mulch (mulch provided by me) for an extra $50 per trip.
