NEMO | The 73 blizzard gets talked about a lot around here. Big brother was born on the 4th and just got home before the blizzard hit. Dad got the car stuck driving home after a grocery run. Had to stuff the contents of the wet paper sacks into his coveralls and walk home and leave the car in the snow bank.
Heard of others leaving cars in snow banks and would dang near give the crews clearing the roads heart attacks because they thought people were still in them. | |
