| Hi Dan, a nice 1.2 pound loss for you this week and with you having to attend all those dinner meetings, I would say that is really good to lose anything at all. Good job on the eliptical, keep that up. I remember those days of moving kids. I would try and make one trip up to the apartment and then I would stay and organize while the younger ones brought the stuff up the stairs. Good job on helping out.
