| Another great week for you Erik. I would not worry that you are losing too fast. When a person starts out over 300 pounds, and really sticks to a good eating plan, you will lose more then the one to two pounds a week until you get into a lower weight range. If you are feeling light headed or something like that, then maybe you need to add a bit of something into your diet. I am not telling you what you should do, just kind of common sense type thing. So you lost 2.8 this week to bring your total to 64.4. Super great. Have a good week. | |
