If its an even skip between coming into the headland and overlap leaving the headland then you have to change the measurement not time. If its turning on too soon and shutting off too early the measurement is 6" too short. If it is turning on too late and shutting off too late then the measurement is 6" too long. Just shorten or lengthen the 'A' or 'B' measurement on the implement offsets
