Subject: RE: John Deere 4640 Display help

West KY
When you select connection type on your implement it will ask you if it is a pivoting hitch and then ask you the pivot offset. The tractor measurement should just be to the hooks of the 3 point.

Planter should be in the neighborhood of 18 ft to work point for 30” corn, 18.1 ft for center of rotation. When you measure those you should measure from 3 point hooks, not pivot pin like 2630.

I’ve heard the 4640 only works with Voyager cameras, which makes no sense. I have several 4600s out with many different camera brands. Haven’t tried any cameras on 4640s yet. Not sure if you can set up triggers like you could in the 2630 or 4600. I would assume you could but don’t know.
