| We have a Whirpool refrig / freezer that is over 20 yrs old. Had to have a repairman last week for the first time. Labor & parts were about $150. Last Nov we replaced our main refrig that was 18 yrs old with a new .Samsung. Have trouble with the ice maker locking up, have to take the wife's hair dryer & blow hot air inyo the dispenser for about 30 seconds then it will work again. Happens once or twice a week.
Son & DIL bought a hew Speed Queen washer / drier innJan. They have already have had to have the drier repaired, heating element went out. Took over 2 weeis to get it repaired. So even SQ has their issues. | |
