Chia seeds double in size while in your stomach. They help to keep you full longer.
My wife and I drink a lot of smoothies. Sometimes I’ll have one for breakfast and lunch.

We buy kale and spinach in a bag and put that in the freezer.
Usually in my smoothie I have 1 whole banana A LOT of spinach and kale, handful of baby carrots, some frozen blueberries and mango. Then put in a spoonful of chia seeds, ground flax seed, and peanut butter powder (pb powder has way fewer calories that actual peanut butter)

I’m a huge cereal fan. I could eat it 2 meals a day. But it’s amazing how much better I feel all around without all that processed sugar in my body. You do have to be careful on how much fruit to put in a smoothie or your getting a lot of sugar there. We try to bed 2/3 greens and carrots in our smoothies.
