Is it UAN (urea ammonium nitrate) or ammonium nitrate? Ammonium nitrate would have a better life than UAN. But that is how it is done. The state has some guys that go around and grab a sample to see if the stuff has what it is supposed to. But it isn't rocket science.
I guess the liquid form is called UAN and the dry is called urea.
