Subject: RE: cooking ham

McLeod County, MN
I made one for christmas. First time I ever cooked one. I put it in a roaster with water on the bottom. Cooked it at 350. 20 mins per lb. I wrapped it in tinfoil and about halfway through I coated it with a honey mustard glaze that I made. It just fell apart as I tried to cut it. I think the tinfoil is key. Got the ham from a local butcher shop.
