NE SD | Only one pound in two weeks but I am ok with that as I am working hard on getting my eating habits changed to something more healthy than they used to be. Had been doing outside things but in the last couple of weeks it has been so cold (record setting lows like -5° with a -16 wind chill) so staying inside as much as possible! Will just have to keep on track and spring should be here one of these days...but not this week! | |
