North East Kansas | Hi everyone, I have been making prescriptions with SMS for quite a few years now, but have never needed my old guidance lines because my gps service wasn't accurate enough. We have RTK now, and I set up all my guidance lines in advance. I have always completely erased all the data on the USB drive for the pro 700, and then inserted the new CN1 folder from my SMS software onto the USB drive. This new CN1 folder has all the new prescriptions for the year for planting.
Since I am erasing everything on the USB drive, will the pro 700 remember everything such as settings, layouts, gps calibrations, and gps guidance lines? I also had to program my 372 receiver in the RDI screen for digifarm RTK, but I am assuming those settings might stay with the receiver. Is there anything at all that I will lose by removing my USB stick and erasing it so I can put my new prescriptions on it every year? Thanks in advance! | |
