Probably, although the input voltage is 5VDC. Not sure what would be available to power it through the Trimble harness, but if it's 12VDC you'd need to figure out what size resistor you need to lower the voltage to throw correct range. Field IQ may give you 5VDC to work with, in which case you should be good to go.
