SC WI
I fought with the same problem on a NH T8050. On mine on the back of the cab under the panel with the smv emblem on it there are two brain boxes and a pile of wiring. Buried in the mess of wires are a couple of maxi fuses and some relays. One of the maxi fuses is for the 12 volt high power in the IBBC plug. Mine was partially corroded and would still read 12 volts at the plug through a multi meter but it restricted the draw for a ISO module. Changed fuses and no problems since.
