Subject: RE: Ag Leader Surestop Clutch problem

I would check to see if they have good power and a good ground, they seem to draw a decent amount of power. I had one that wouldn't stop the clutch, and the arm inside had broken. It's a spare part donor clutch now.

If you take it off, you can wire it to a 12 volt source and energize to see if one sprocket will stop turning. I forget which one stops, it's been a few years since I had trouble with the one I use.

I use it to control a bait dispenser.
