Experienced a few glitches last fall with the Cruizer II / SmartTrax. The Cruizer has had fairly recent updates but the SmartTrax has never been updated. Raven tech support thinks this was causing me the issues. Is this something I can do myself or do I need to send it somewhere. If so does anyone have a recommendation for dependable service?
