I haven't gotten any software for the raven controller for over a year and it came from Deere, may have come from Raven thru the Deere channels though. I would go to the Software Delivery System first before trying to contact Raven.
Edited to add that a quick check in Service Advisor brought up software version PCS9RAV000000 which I believe is about two years old.
