Guarantee the instructions make it sound much easier than it really is, The extractor tool tries to go under the terminal rather than over it, it then opens up the tangs on the terminal and then you are royally screwed, If CIH would use the more expensive but so much better barrel type terminals instead of the B Crimp terminals it would be very easy.
