Just bought a new desktop system. Win 10 . When I hook it up will it want to FORCE me to do an immediate update or can I opt out of it ?

Reason being is it is going to be using cell data (tethered-internet) which is quite limited on GB . Don't want to burn thru the allotted plan in one day !

I have a laptop on Win10 and its ok as I can bring it somewhere with free wifi to do its updates. This one is not part of the home network and I use it on "free wifi" as I travel only.

Maby I need a big AC inverter for the car.... ?
