Southwest Illinois | Tech support has been their downfall. The support line is decent for setup, connection type issues and the basics. Around here we have one guy who is pretty well versed(far better than anyone I have ever talked to at the call center) and if it is anything remotely challenging I go to him. You have to remember that they are really just concerned with getting your planting and harvest data, the rest of it they just try and help enough to not completely pi** you off so you don't leave. If it wouldn't be a requirement to be a production grower we wouldn't use it. | |
