82farmer - 3/24/2018 18:58 Open the fill hole, drop a match in it. If you are scared to do that, I wouldn't attempt to cut it. No matter what, there will be a spark, you could fill it with water to push the fumes out and then cut it.
You should be ashamed of this poor advice. Bad, very bad.........
