Probably need to fill with fuel and add algaecide let set for 24 hours to kill the algae. Then I would put a air wand in and run for 30 minute on each tank to dislodge the algae. Next pump the tanks dry and checking to see if the deposits are dislodged. Repeat if not. Once they look clean then you can pump the fuel back in through a 2 micro filter. Have had to do this a couple of time with success, just time consuming.
