Southern Illinois | I can do 80+ acres an hour by hand off a ranger if it's in a good square field 2.5 acre grid's. Have done 800 acres a day before in good close fields. But after about 3 days I'm gutted. This is where the automation comes in. Right now wintek is the crowd favorite so it has to be cheaper, better, or faster to compete. I've been looking at the wintek pretty hard. To me the benefit is putting someone older or younger or whatever that doesn't want to jump off a moving rig 500 times a day on it, all they have to do is drive to the Dot and stop and go and repeat. | |
