Subject: Liberty Soybean pre emerge chemical program

Farming in NW Iowa
I have been planting a neighbor's crop for probably 9 years now and this year he wants me to apply the chemicals as well. His soybeans are Liberty Link for the 2nd year now. Last year they put nothing down after planting until the post Liberty spray and had to spray it twice. Lots of waterhemp and velvetleaf and some lambsquarters.
My own beans are non gmo and I use 1.25 pints of Treflan put on with the disc and after planting I use 4 oz Sonic and 5 oz generic metribuzin. Works pretty well for me. I was thinking of doing the same for him but leaving out the Treflan. The chemical supplier is suggesting 3 oz. Enlite and 5 oz of metribuzin.
What's working well for any of you in this situation?
By the way it's conventional tillage, not no till. Since I'll be discing it anyway maybe I should put the Treflan on.
