Sorry, the BL-001 is the one I was referring to in my first post. This means no CNH software is installed, so a dealer should be able to install software.
If the display only shows the hourglass (never any errors, and never boots beyond the hourglass), then it's likely an unrecoverable hardware or software failure. A dealer could try to load software, but I would say the odds of success are not good. |
