Today I had the vet (a good, big animal vet) out who put a magnet down her and gave her some shots.  She is about 7 months along with calf, has poor appetite, no temperature, labored breathing,  but will drink some water.  Was wondering if anyone has additional suggestions on what I should do.  Thanks in advance!
