Chad we have an older receiver 2002?,and another that was new last year. I have run them both on our 9760 with no trouble other than the offset problem I mentioned last week.Calibrating the TCM solved that issue.
Sounds like you need to reprogram the software,but that is just a guess.
JD ATU troubles?
