Hi guys,

I hope you all are enjoying a productive safe harvest by now. I have this posted over on CIH Combine Talk show and will put it on machinery talk as well.

I have a factory installed yield monitor with GPS in my '96 2188. I upgraded to the Trimble 2400 in about 98. It has been losing it's differential signal sporadically for some time now. This fall it's constantly cutting in and out. I am set manually to KC Coast Guard Beacon differential signal. I went to change this a couple days ago and my screens are scrolling so fast that I can't enter any of the menus. None of the four buttons on this unit will do anything to it.

Does this mean it's time for an overhaul or is there a quick fix? If overhaul, where and how costly?

Does satellite differential signal require a subscription for this unit? If so, how costly? TIA
