Have you looked at Farmlogs updates this year? It does exactly what you're talking about..
You go into plan, set up all your inputs, put in your costs(actual or estimates) for all your inputs, etc.. then you can look at the plan and for each crop you can see your overall break even price and you can see your profitabilty per acre in each field with your yield estimates..
