| Some people think land values will go up some think they will go down and some think the will stay the same.
Trying to guess this and being sure of your guess is for the foolish. There are so many different variables that make up land prices. To accurately guess one let alone all of them is unfortunately impossible. The sooner most admit this the better off they will be.
Buying land and holding it forever is the only thing that makes sense. For most it takes years and decades to accumulate wealth in farming , but nothing is free in this world so it should take time. | |
