I read a synopsis of the weather for my zone of the state for 2011 and it included the rain “during the growing season” (April-Sept) for 2011 and 2010. Talk about two ends of the spectrum. 2010 was 35” and 2011 was 21”. I was slightly surprised 2011 was over average, albeit, only by an 1.5” and was front loaded in the season if I remeber right.
