beebe44 - 2/17/2018 18:09 2-3 applications of fungicide? Is that normal in your area for wheat? I was wondering how big a problem it was in places where a lot of corn is grown. We have never put fungicide on our wheat as a preventative. Only after finding stripe rust. The corn fields are few and far between around here, but increasing the last few years.

Common practice here to apply a fungicide early with herbicide and then come back during flowering for scab prevention.

And those fungicide applications long precedes large corn acres in spring wheat area.
