Northeast ND | Production was not as bad in 2017 as many had feared. Seasonally, we need to be pricing some more wheat soon. For my farm, every 10 cents this market rallies between now and May is going to be rewarded with a sale. Will we get more than 10, 20, or 30 cents? Doesn't feel likely right now.
I am still optimistic spring wheat in the long run. I was really worried that last summer's rally would explode acres for 2018, but that doesn't seem to be happening. | |
