| JUST LEARNING - 2/16/2018 08:03 When you buy a farm you have a pretty good idea what the rent on that farm will be for the remainder of your career. Not so much if you rent it. So if you only rent how much money are you putting into a retirement fund each year.
That's the scary part about buying land for $10,000+ with any sort of mortgage against it. You're betting on the come which may or may not come.
