why risk buying over priced land on a 20-40 year mortgage when you can rent it for 1-5 years for a fraction of what the mortgage payment would be.... plus you dont have to pay property taxes. You obviously are not dealing with landlords as the march 1st deadline approaches!! Owning land cost more, but it is YOURS!
