There are still farms that are making money but the money that we are making now will not pay for $10,000 an acre land. I think the guys that are making money are not going to spend too much for land so that they make less money. Around me I think there are more guys buying land with credit then there are guys with good down payments. Some areas might have a few guys with 2000 acres of paid for land but I don't think I am in an area like that.
