Cash rents are about grain prices.
Land prices are about interest rates and loan availability.
If $3 dollar corn was going to lower land prices, it would have done it by now.
Why does a new pickup cost $60k plus? Because anyone with a pulse and a paycheck can get a loan for one, and probably successfully pay it off in all fairness. As long as nothing drastic happens.
