How can you be a zero or a hero if you are a farmer and you are shorting a market? If you are wrong and beans go higher then your land, machinery, and any beans that you don't have sold or are going to produce in the future will be worth more money. If you are a farmer and you are doing a Texas hedge, then I would say you could be a zero if the market goes against you.
