If you haven't fixed it already and still want the look. I would install the fist pieces normally and take a measurement for the final piece, and make it using two boards. So if needs to be 3/4" bigger then take two boards and cut them +3/8" of half. So if the board was 6" and you need 6-3/4" then you would cut them at 3-3/8" a piece. One will be for the tongue and other for the groove and put them in so the cuts go together making a wide board. So your "new" board will be the right size. There will be a extra horizontal seam but it looks painted anyway. I would use a tablesaw so the cut is nice and clean, so they fit together well. A little waste, but it will look correct, and most people will not see that one "board" is a little wider.
